I was in the market for a space with a decent floor plan that I could call home. Fabian was very engaged in identifying the criteria I needed to find the perfect space. Often bringing important details to my attention that I would have otherwise overlooked. We ended up finding the perfect place that exceeded my expectations.

At the same time I was also putting my place on the market. Fabian went above and beyond to ensure my unit presented the best it could to get it ready for sale. The building has a history of units sitting on the market for over 30 days. The unit presented so well, we were able to sell it in 2 weeks. I have worked with a few agents in the past and there is no comparison - Fabian significantly exceeded the expectation.
